1. GENERAL TERMS

Express FL Notary, LLC (“Company”) provides mobile (in-person) and Remote Online Notarization (RON) services in accordance with Florida law.

⚠️ We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. Clients are responsible for understanding their documents.

2. SIGNER REQUIREMENTS

All signers must:

• Provide valid, government-issued photo identification

• Be willing, aware, and mentally competent

• Ensure documents are complete and ready for notarization

We reserve the right to refuse service if these conditions are not met.

3. PRICING & FEES

All services are billed based on the type of service, number of signers, number of notarizations, document complexity, and overall coordination required.

Additional fees may apply for services including, but not limited to:

• Additional signers

• Witness coordination

• Travel and courier services

• After-hours, rush, or holiday appointments

• Printing and document handling

A current fee schedule is available upon request and may be updated at any time.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due:

• At booking, or

• Immediately upon completion of service

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Zelle (preferred)

• ACH / Bank Transfer

• Credit/Debit Card (processing fees may apply)

Services may be withheld until payment is received.

5. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOW

• Cancellation within 2 hours: fee may apply

• Reschedule within 2 hours: fee may apply

• No-show or unprepared signer: fee may apply

Applicable fees will be consistent with the Company’s current fee schedule.

🚗 MOBILE NOTARY SERVICES (IN-PERSON)

6. MOBILE SERVICES

Mobile services include travel, coordination, and, where applicable, document printing and delivery.

7. TRAVEL POLICY

⚠️ Travel fees are non-refundable once the notary is en route or arrives on-site.

8. ON-SITE CANCELLATION / REFUSAL TO SIGN

If the notary arrives on-site and the signing does not proceed due to circumstances outside of the notary’s control, including but not limited to:

• Signer refusal to sign

• Lender or title company requesting rescheduling

• Incomplete or incorrect documents

• Signer unavailable or unprepared

👉 The full service fee is due and non-refundable

General Notary Work

👉 Notarial fees for services not performed may be refundable
❌ All other fees, including travel, coordination, printing, and additional service fees, are non-refundable

9. WITNESSES

If witnesses are required:

• Clients may provide their own witnesses, or

• Witnesses may be provided for an additional fee

All witnesses must meet applicable legal requirements.

💻 REMOTE ONLINE NOTARIZATION (RON)

10. RON SERVICES

RON services are conducted via approved audio-video communication technology in compliance with Florida law.

11. IDENTITY VERIFICATION

All signers must:

• Present valid identification

• Successfully complete identity verification procedures, which may include credential analysis and/or Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA)

Failure to verify identity will result in cancellation of the session.

12. SESSION RECORDING

RON sessions are audio-video recorded and securely stored in accordance with Florida law.

By proceeding, you consent to:

• Recording of the session

• Electronic document handling

13. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Clients are responsible for having:

• A stable internet connection

• A working camera and microphone

• A compatible device

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by client-side technical issues.

14. LATE ARRIVALS (RON)

A grace period may be provided. Delays beyond that period may result in additional fees or require rescheduling.

⚖️ FINAL TERMS

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Express FL Notary, LLC is not responsible for:

• The content, legality, or enforceability of documents

• Errors or delays caused by third parties (including lenders, title companies, or recording offices)

• Technical failures outside of our control

Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

16. REFUSAL OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse service in cases including, but not limited to:

• Suspected fraud

• Improper or incomplete documents

• Inability to verify identity

• Unsafe or inappropriate conditions

17. AGREEMENT

By booking or using our services, you:

✔ Agree to these Terms of Service
✔ Accept all applicable fees
✔ Confirm that all information provided is accurate
